All too soon, the time had come to head back to Jason, and get ready for a busy weekend of flying and media requests (the life of celebrity Teddys!).

This time, the pair got to fly with Brendan in Eurostar G-CERE from Kernan Airfield in Tandragee, Co. Armagh. Paddy looked after the Navigation while Lucky minded the inflight snacks! First stop on the trip was to Navan, where Rhys and the team offered the bears a huge welcome, hospitality, and a “see you soon” as they’ll no doubt be back before the summer is over. After spending time in Navan, it was a short hop south into Weston, arriving on RWY 07 just in time to meet Jason!

Just like Blackbushe, it was straight to the fire engine for a visit and some photos, as Paddy and Lucky were shown around by resident teddy bear at Weston – Westie! Both he and his human helper Mya were extraordinarily welcoming: they even arranged for a tour of the tower, as long as Paddy and Lucky agreed not to make too much noise!

Then it was time to say goodbye to Brendan after a busy and exciting weekend, as they headed home with Jason.
